TMG's Nice&Polite Plays Key Role in Robbie Williams' Mixed Signals video

The Marketing Group’s Network Agency Nice&Polite plays a key role in writing, directing and producing the music video for Robbie Williams’ new single, Mixed Signals.

Singapore and Stockholm, 8 March, 2017 – THE MARKETING GROUP PLC (“the Group”), a full service, global marketing network, is pleased to announce the involvement of its agency partner, Nice&Polite,  in the new Robbie Williams video for ‘Mixed Signals’, which launched last week on TV and online. Written and directed by Nice&Polite Founder and CEO, Ross Anderson, the concept is filmed from a first person point of view utilising a mixture of live action footage, VFX and animation.

Taking the lead from the song’s lyrics – the narrative revolves around a female lead’s wild ‘girls’ night out’ with her friends while her lover, played by Robbie Williams, is left wondering where she is. The innovative video has three alternative endings, which were revealed over subsequent days, with Williams’ wife Ayda Field and Gary Barlow playing parts in each of the story’s possible closures. Viewers are left wondering if Robbie was right about his girlfriends ‘Mixed Signals’, or was he just being paranoid?
